Compass Cottage is situated on The Warren; one of Polperro’s premier locations adjacent to the inner harbour. This pretty fisherman’s cottage provides superb accommodation and is an ideal choice for a honeymoon or romantic break at any time of year.
The Warren leads directly onto the Cornish coastal path which offers the most beautiful veiws throughout the short walk to neighbouring Talland Bay or, if you are feeling energetic, onto Looe (approximately 6 miles).
The superbly renovated and equipped accommodation comprises of three floors.
The ground floor is the entrance and leads directly into the kitchen/diner. There you will find a wood burning stove, fully integrated kitchen units which include a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob with extractor chimney, a microwave and a washer/dryer. The stairs lead to the first floor sitting room.

The sitting room is tastefully furnished and beautifully presented with a comfy sofa and chair, co-ordinated soft furnishings and feature lighting. The fireplace here is display only but there are central heating radiators on every floor.
A television, video recorder, DVD player and music system with CD player are all provided along with numerous books, videos, DVD’s and CD’s for your enjoyment – hopefully with something for everybody’s taste.

flight of stairs leads up to the open plan bedroom with ensuite
facilities on the third floor. From here, guests can enjoy a delightful
view of the harbour and out to sea. The light and airy bedroom features
an atrium ceiling and a shower in the ensuite.

All linen, towels, heating, electricity and parking are provided within the price for the convenience of our guests. Also, as Orange is the only mobile network to get reception in Polperro, a basic Nokia phone with top-up card is supplied for your use.
